1. Shipping Charges
What you pay for deliveryExact shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order is cancelled before dispatch.
2. Processing & Dispatch
How quickly we ship your orderWe process and dispatch orders on business days (MondayβSaturday, excluding public holidays).

These timelines are estimates from the dispatch date, not order date. Delays may occur during festivals, natural disasters, strikes, or periods of high order volume.
4. Courier Partners
Who delivers your orderWe ship through India's most reliable courier networks. The courier partner assigned depends on your location and the most efficient option available:
- Delhivery β Primary partner for most metro and Tier 1 pincodes
- Shiprocket / Ecom Express β Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities
- DTDC β Rural and remote pincodes
- India Post β Fallback for extremely remote pincodes where private couriers don't operate
- BlueDart / FedEx β Express delivery (where available, at additional cost)
Courier partner selection is automatic and optimised for speed and reliability. You cannot request a specific courier partner.
5. Order Tracking
How to track your shipmentOnce your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via:
- SMS to your registered mobile number
- Email to your registered email address
- WhatsApp message (if you've opted in)
You can track your order using this AWB number on our Track Order page, or directly on the courier's website. Tracking updates typically appear 4β6 hours after dispatch.
6. Failed or Returned Delivery
What happens if delivery failsDelivery may fail due to recipient not available, incorrect address, or access restrictions. In such cases:
- The courier will attempt delivery 2β3 times before marking it as RTO (Return to Origin)
- You'll receive an SMS/call from the courier before each attempt
- If the order is returned to us (RTO), we'll contact you to confirm a re-dispatch β re-shipping charges apply
- If you choose not to re-order, a refund is issued after deducting the original shipping cost
7. Product Damaged in Transit
What to do if your order arrives damagedWe package every order with care to prevent damage. However, if your product arrives damaged due to transit handling:
- Do not discard the packaging β keep it for evidence
- Take a clear photo/video of the package and product showing the damage
- Contact us within 5 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email
- We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund β your choice
Claims raised after 5 days of delivery cannot be processed. Refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
