Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an AWB (Air Waybill) number via SMS and email. Use that number to check your delivery status below.

Your AWB number is sent to your registered email and mobile within 1–2 hours of dispatch from our warehouse.

Paste or type your AWB number in the tracking form. No order ID or email needed — just the AWB.

See Real-Time Status
View your current delivery stage and estimated delivery date. Status updates every 4–6 hours.

Need Help? Contact Us
If tracking shows an issue or delivery is delayed beyond the expected date, WhatsApp us with your AWB number.
